Shabu-shabu, Nabe, Soba, Udon, Izakaya, Robata Tofuro serves wide variety of washoku using carefully selected ingredients that are directly shipped from farms all across Japan. Popular menus are fresh seafood and vegetables grilled with charcoal, fresh sashimi, soba using buckwheat from Hokkaido, and tofu is made from domestic soy milk and natural bittern from Okinawa. And we choose different domestic beans to make soy milk seasonally. The interior is designed to enjoy the atmosphere of the traditional Japanese style of Edo
