A Comprehensive Wine and Gourmet Exhibition, "Spanish Summer," will be held at Tsukishima Spain Club!
ZAS, a trading company specializing in Spain, will hold a comprehensive exhibition of Spanish wine and gourmet food under the "Spanish Summer" theme on April 16th (Tuesday) at the Tsukishima Spain Club. At the venue, there will be a wine seminar inviting Ms. Eva Blanco, export manager of "Bodegas Estefanía," directed by internationally acclaimed oenologist Mr. Raul Pérez, as well as a cutting demonstration of Jamon Ibérico Bellota.

Mr. Raul Pérez was selected as Man of the Year by the Spanish wine magazine “Sibaritas”, and was listed as one of “Spain's most exciting producers” by the UK's “Decanter” magazine. He has been described as a “genius brewer” by wine journalists around the world.

Cutting demonstration of “Jamon Ibérico Bellota”, the pinnacle of Spanish gourmet food
Ryo Komatsuzaki, certified as a JCHA Expert, with the highest qualifications of the Japan Cured Ham Association, will demonstrate uncured ham cutting and introduce basic knowledge such as storage methods. There will be two demonstrations, one from 1:45 p.m. and the other from 4:00 p.m. The first demonstration begins with removing bone-in prosciutto ham from the bag and setting the jamonera (prosciutto ham stand). Cutting bone-in prosciutto ham is a first-class entertainment that delights guests. The latest cutting technology is a must-see.
