Chief Chef Yasuo Nagaoka expressed his insights on the afternoon tea menu, stating, “While I prioritized using the highest quality ingredients, I also carefully considered the balance of colors. In today’s world, the interplay between appearance and flavor is vital, and that’s where I focused my attention. Specifically, I ensured that green and pink were in harmony, with neither hue dominating the other. I hope everyone relishes this experience and fully immerses themselves in the film's world.” When asked about the outcome of the afternoon tea, he confidently declared, “It’s 120% perfect!” A statement brimming with confidence, and one we anticipate everyone will appreciate.
